Every young person deserves the chance to enter adulthood with confidence, hope and support. For youth leaving foster and kinship care, this season can feel overwhelming-filled with both possibility and uncertainty. This is why we offer support for former foster youth now young adults.
At Fostering Futures, we believe no one should face that journey alone.
Our heart is to walk alongside young adults, ages 16-18, as they take their next steps, offering encouragement, belonging and relationships that will last.
This program is where young people can discover their strengths, dream about their future, find realistic next steps to take and know there’s a community cheering them on.
