Royal Family Kids Camp
The camp experience makes a tremendous impact in the lives of foster kids. Five days of immersion at camp goes deep and breaks barriers.
Kids make friends as they are celebrated through a variety of camp activities. Kids have FUN through group games, creative crafts, swimming, fishing, boating, archery, woodworking, pinewood car derby, singing, storytelling, campfires and learning God’s word.

Why Mentoring matters
Whether you’re on this page to mentor or connect a youth with a mentor, you’re helping create lasting change.
Kids in foster and kinship care often face deep loss, instability and uncertainty. Nearly 50% of youth in foster care age out without a permanent connection to an adult.
Mentorship changes this story-creating stability, trust and hope.

“Thank you is not enough for everything you have all done, not only this week, but for the many weeks preparing for it. I am so grateful for the way you love and serve these kids. I admire your energy, patience, and the generosity of your time.
I’m also always impressed with how well organized and thoughtful RFKC is with every detail. Then camp itself is filled with so much more: music, singing, birthday parties, swimming, crafts, wood working, sweet treats, costumes, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, daily notes, bunk beds, memory books, photos, bibles and most importantly learning about a God who is by their side.
I hope you know how much the moments and memories mean to these kids and our family. RFKC and each one of you are an AMAZING gift to so many!”

“We have an 11 year streak of volunteering for Royal Family Kids Camp and from year one, it became our favorite week of the year. This one, single week, really does make a great, impactful difference in the lives of each kid that attends.
We have seen kids struggling on day one, be truly transformed by the last day of camp. We’ve seen trust in a safe adult get built and bonds and friendships be made that are life changing for the campers. It is so eye opening to what your presence at camp can actually do for these kids.
Each persons presence matters and makes such a huge impact, and even the team of volunteers really have become a family. The bond that this camp brings is such a unique and beautiful one.”
